Boeing has launched a unified e-commerce platform that consolidates its distribution products and services into a single online portal. The company said the new platform is part of a broader effort to modernise and integrate its distribution operations, combining offerings previously accessed through multiple Boeing Distribution websites.

The new e-commerce website can be viewed at https://shop.boeing.com/distribution.

According to Boeing, the rollout follows a year of internal initiatives aimed at improving customer access and operational efficiency. These efforts included enhanced Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for faster response times, an updated customer support model, and the introduction of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed to unify data and improve service visibility across the organisation.

William Ampofo, senior vice president for Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain at Boeing Global Services, said: “We want to simplify distribution services, maximise customer performance and be the preferred choice for customers and suppliers in the global distribution marketplace. The new e-commerce website – along with system and service enhancements – represents a significant step forward in that vision. Together, these investments strengthen our foundation and position us for continued growth.”

The new e-commerce platform provides access to Boeing’s catalogue of products and services for commercial, business and general aviation, vertical lift and defence customers. Additional features include AI-enabled search tools, real-time inventory visibility, consolidated access to parts and services previously available through Aviall and Boeing Distribution Services, mobile accessibility and a single-login interface.

Travis Sullivan, vice president and general manager of Boeing Distribution, said, “Our integration journey doesn’t stop here. Through innovation, operational excellence and stronger supplier collaboration, we are building a modern, connected distribution business that improves the customer experience and provides the parts and services our global customers need, when and where they it.”

Boeing stated that the unified e-commerce platform marks a milestone in ongoing efforts to integrate distribution operations across its global network. The company, which develops and services commercial aircraft, defence systems and space products in more than 150 countries, emphasised that its distribution modernisation programme is intended to streamline transactions for customers and suppliers.
