The Indian Navy has received the stealth frigate Dunagiri, the fifth Nilgiri-class ship under Project 17A. Built at GRSE Kolkata, the vessel features BrahMos missiles, MRSAM and CODOG propulsion, with 75% indigenous content.
The Indian Navy has received Taragiri, the fourth Nilgiri-class frigate under Project 17A, built by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilding Ltd. The ship features updated weapons, sensors and propulsion systems and is the fourth vessel delivered in the programme within a year.
