UAC delivers new batch of Su-34s to RuAF

Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation has handed over a new batch of Su-34 fighter-bombers to the Russian Ministry of Defense with production continuing at the Novosibirsk Aircraft Plant. Rostec stated that the Su-34 continues to serve as a key platform for frontline aviation, with the capacity to carry a variety of weapons ranging from unguided bombs to precision-guided missiles.

HAL, UAC agree to build SJ-100 Jet in India

HAL and Russia’s UAC have signed an MoU for the local production of the twin-engine SJ-100 regional jet, with HAL holding rights to manufacture the aircraft for India’s domestic market. HAL said that this marks the first time a complete passenger aircraft will be produced in India since the AVRO HS-748, which was assembled by HAL between 1961 and 1988.

EF, Rafale to extend MMRCA bids’ validity to year-end
